At "Evara Enterprises" we ensure quality products and packaging to our customers. We have collaborated with reputed delivery agencies to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
Delivery Time:
Once the order is placed, we have a robust process to initiate the delivery on the same day under normal conditions. We believe the maximum delivery time limit within India should not be more than 7 or 8 working days.
We also have an online "Order Tracking" feature to keep you updated on the delivery progress.
Return Process:
Products Return policy:
Evara Enterprises will not accept returns of damaged or opened seed packets or crop care bottles.
Evara Enterprises will not accept returns of any products where the labels are tampered.
Evara Enterprises will not accept returns of plants for obvious reasons as the plant will not survive the transit stress. Please be noted that we cannot guarantee the safe delivery of the plant products despite our utmost efforts to deliver the same in the best of conditions.
Also, note that there can be a possibility of dullness in the plants owing to the transit process, which can be revived after exposure to sunlight and watering.
Wrong Product Delivered?
Do let us know immediately and we will be more than happy to refund / replace (as per the company policy) the product on top priority.
Not Happy with the product?
Customer satisfaction is our prime importance. In a case you are not satisfied with the product, please reach out to us and we will take the feedback with full seriousness and responsibility to ensure there are no repetitions.
Our support team will get in touch with you to see if there are any possible corrections and if the same is not acceptable, you can return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date with the below options:
Replacement of the order
Refund of the amount once the product is returned (You will bear the shipping charges to return the products.)
